  19. Godfather Part III ranged from "hopelessly amateurish" to
  20. "disastrous." But SOFIA COPPOLA isn't paralyzed by a confidence
  21. crisis. The favored daughter of Francis Ford is developing her
  22. own TV show. Concept? Sofia motors about L.A. making
  23. pop-cultural pit stops to interview young celebs and hipsters,
  24. primarily about their cars. "There just isn't any intelligent
  25. programming for my age group," says the auto buff, 21. Whether
  26. High Octane would qualify seems dubious, but count on a
  27. strong-arm pitch to the networks. The show's got backing from
  28. Madonna.
